Upon arriving in Miami, the brand new winner of La Casa de los Famosos visited Dr. Elio Galán to undergo two beautifying treatments.
After living 119 days in the most famous house of 2024, Maripily Rivera was crowned this Monday as the queen of the fourth season of The House of the Famous (Telemundo). With her victory, the model and businesswoman pocketed a prize of $200,000.
Rivera will also be remembered as one of the most controversial participants due to her multiple disagreements with her fellow inmates. A few hours after the last gala, where she wore a sensual glitter dress custom-made by designer Carlos Alberto, the Puerto Rican Hurricane shared with us what she plans to do with the prize money and we have also found out what the first thing she did after leaving isolation: visit your aesthetic doctor!
“My face has to be [perfect] for the reception in Puerto Rico,” said the winner in a video for People en Español from Dr. Elio Galán’s office where she was received with flowers. “She always makes me beautiful and I had to come because after four months my face is destroyed, four months of so much anger.”
Despite the months she has spent in the house, the expert noticed the winner’s skin in very good condition. “Maripily came to the office just as she is, content, happy, exuding charisma and joy everywhere,” said Galán. “With hydrated, healthy skin, without marked signs of aging. Truly fresh skin.”

Regarding the care she received in her consultation, Rivera underwent a hydration process and also a facial harmonization, two procedures that many celebrities use today.
Did she confide any secrets to her primary doctor? “The secret that everyone knows. She is happy and very grateful for the public that made her victorious in La Casa de los Famosos.”
